Ps.40:2,
He pulled me out of a horrible pit, out of the mud and clay. He set my feet on a rock and made my steps secure.
Crucifixion should be the forefront of our focus.
Jesus made it His business to lift up the Father…We should do the same through the Gospel.
We can win more people over to Christ through the cross.
This cross of love is where we’ll hear those final words of power, “It Is Finished”!
Isa.43:2,
When you go through the sea, I am with you. When you go through rivers, they will not sweep you away. When you walk through fire, you will not be burned, and the flames will not harm you.
LOVE LAWS: Love God with all your heart, soul, mind & strength and love your neighbor as yourself.
What happens when we ask for love, but in return God gives us the lost, hurt & broken ppl?
Don’t be so quick to judge...
Many challenges come because of our love for Christ

Spouse w/terminal illness
Marriage on the verge of a divorce
Lesbian Daughter or Homosexual Son
Rebellious Children, Abandonment by Parents
Black Sheep of the Family, Fired by Boss
Molested by Family or Leaders
Racism, Feeding those that bite your hand
Love will lift you like you’ve never been hurt!
Dead people don’t get offended
If you haven’t died yet, you haven’t loved enough.
Love will lift you when you have no money, no gas, no degree, no friends...
Love will lift you up & take care of you like it did Daniel, the 3 Hebrew Boys, Birds of the air, Chicken in the coop, Hog in the pen, Duck in the pond, Fish in the sea, Fox in the hole...
Love will lift you...
1. If a legalist came by & saw a sinner in a pit, he would preach a sermon about the dangers of the pit.
2. If a doctrinaire came by & saw that same sinner in that pit, he would talk about steps to take to help him out of the pit & avoid other pits in the future.
3. If a pessimist walked by, he would tell that sinner that he is probably going to die in that pit.
4. If an optimist passed by, he would tell the sinner that he had seen worse pits than that.
5. If a realist walked by, he would the sinner to just accept his pit.
6. If a spiritualist came by, he would tell the sinner that the pit isn’t real, it is only in his mind.
7. BUT JESUS came by, got into the pit with the sinner, and helped him out.
That’s LOVE LIFTED...
Ps.41:10-12,
But thou, O Lord, be merciful unto me, And raise me up, that I may requite them.
By this I know that thou favourest me, Because mine enemy doth not triumph over me.
And as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity, And settest me before thy face for ever.
When what you go through is not private, but a public display…made a spectacle before the world.
…it was necessary…Why? To bring salvation to the lost!
~Humiliation brings Exaltation~
What happens when the Cross becomes your standard?
…Jesus said, if we come after Him, we must take up our cross & follow Him.
NO man can come to the Father, unless the Spirit draw Him.
God is about to lift you up...
From Depression, Suicidal thoughts, Abuse, Cussing, Addictions, Chasing women/men, Judgmental spirit, Lying, Cheating, Pornography, Sleepless nights, Stress, Worry, Anger, Unforgiveness, Bitterness, Sickness, Diseases, Gluttony, Anorexia, Medications, Homicidal thoughts, Cataracts, Insomnia, Nosy, Begging, Borrowing, Low self-esteem, Gambling, Confusion, Peer Pressure, Financial struggle, Complaining, Racism, Past, Failure, Fear, Whore-mongering, Grief, Other ppl’s problems, Loneliness, Critical spirit, Lust, Jealousy, Negativity, Claustrophobia, Migraines, Busy body in other folks matters...
